PASUMAI ULAGAM (GREEN WORLD) is a non-government, non-profit registered democratic voluntary social welfare organization. When our organization called GREEN WORLD – not only refers to protect the environment but also to promote the whole world level people’s life to be fair and peaceful with integration.

In our organisation’s name, the word “GREEN” denotes various interrelated concepts for each word such as,

G - Generate Human Resource – to

R - Reconstruct the vulnerable society – by

E - Eradicate Poverty & Social evils – to

E - Ensure a Just fair society – with

N - National Integrity & Universality

In this kind, our organization enhancing the programmes based on these concepts.

Our organization has been initiated by Mr.G.Manamohan under his presidentship along with his like-minded colleagues and other social activists by the year 2002. Initially, he has initiated this organization as a voluntary youth association to carry out awareness generation programmes among the public and to improve their socio, economic standard.

Such as the president Mr.G.Manamohan, came to realize the need of accessing the legal authority and legal entity for the initiated youth club. So, he has incepted the club by registering it under “Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, See, 27 of 1975 by 2^nd May 2002, and acquired the relevant legal entity for the youth’s association to be the function as a non-government, social welfare organization.
